I have 2 hosting accounts at the moment and find yours to be the most superior I have ever used so to improve perfection is impossible, I use hostmonster as well for my .com domains, the hosting size and the site add-ons are better on there site but to be honest I have not had to use the support as I only play with my sites there so cant comment, don’t think that they will ever come anywhere near your standards. He built my website from the ground up and also set up all my courier booking forms form me. When I asked a question to him he always emailed straight back with full detailed answerers and still now if there's anything I need help with I can email him and he’s always there cheers Im really happy. I get live support via chat 24/7 and ticket system. Since my website was transferred to the Onlinehosters.com, it opens with the speed of light. Kevin and Graham are great and help with any questions or issues straight away. Will definitely not change the hosting company anymore. Great value for money.
