Our support is structured to give you the best possible service available from the time you call to the time the call is closed. Call our 0844 544 7214, 24 hours a day call centre where one of our staff members will take your details and request whether it be a sales inquiry or a technical support issue and log the call.  The call taker will then send the logged call to the correct department. Once the correct department action the ticket you will then be called back to be advised.

Tickets are under a strict service level agreement and will be answered within 1 hour of the call being logged by our call centre staff.

SLA Ticket Agreement:
High Priority Tickets – answered within 15 minutes
Medium Priority Tickets – answered within 15 – 30 minutes
Low Priority Tickets – answered within 30 – 60 minutes
